Lamain, Aaltje “Ann”, born in Holland on August 1, 1924, passed away at the Southampton Hospital, on Thursday December 5, 2024 at the age of 100. Beloved wife to the late Aaldrik Lamain who passed away in 2015 after 67 years of marriage. Dear mother to Bill, Robert and his friend Jeannie and Margaret and her husband Dave Nickel. She was a proud grandmother as well. Predeceased by her parents and siblings in Holland.

Aaltje was able to stay at her home right up until her passing with the care and support from her son Bill over the years. Aaltje enjoyed many years of traveling with Aaldrik after his retirement. She loved spending time with her cats. Aaltje took her lifelong hobby of knitting and progressed it into a passion for crocheting and knitting plastic canvas.

Spring interment at Southampton Cemetery.
