Patricia Monica Kremer (Nee Wendling)

On this date June 23, 2022, our dear Patti succumbed to Pancreatic Cancer after a short and valiant struggle. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones and did it her way.

She is survived by her Husband Brian Kremer, Son’s Stacy and Fred, Brother John Wendling, Nieces Melissa Thompson and Jessica Mooney, Daughter  in law Shannon May and Granddaughter Kali.

A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.

We would like to thank Dr Chapman and the Victoria Order of Nurses (VON) for their professionalism and compassionate care, Dr. Gowan her personal physician, Dr. Somerville, the Oncology department at the Owen Sound Hospital for all their efforts towards her care. Eagleson Funeral Home for their considerations, dignity and heartfelt condolences.
